How to Manage Product Brands
The Product Brand module allows you to build and manage a centralized list of brands for your store. By configuring your brands here in bulk, you can easily and accurately assign them from a dropdown menu later when creating individual products. This saves time and ensures consistency across your inventory.
1. Accessing the Product Brand Module
To navigate to the brand management screen:
- Look at the main navigation menu on the left side of your screen.
- Click on Products to expand the submenu.
- Select Product Brand from the list.

2. Navigating the Brand Dashboard
Once inside the module, you will see a table displaying all your currently registered brands. The dashboard offers a few tools to help you view and find your brands:
- Pagination (Show entries): Use the dropdown menu at the top left of the table to choose how many brands to display per page (e.g., 5, 10). If you have more brands than the selected number, use the Previous and Next buttons at the bottom right to navigate through pages.
- Search Bar: Located at the top right of the table, use this field to quickly type and search for a specific brand name.
- Table Columns:
- #: The system-generated identification number for the brand.
- Brand Name 1: The primary name of the brand.
- Brand Name 2: A secondary name for the brand (useful if you use a secondary language).
- Image: A thumbnail preview of the brand's logo.
- Action: Buttons to edit or delete the specific row.

💡 Helpful Tip
While you can technically add a brand simultaneously while creating a specific product elsewhere in the system, utilizing this dedicated Product Brand module is highly recommended for bulk additions. It keeps your data organized and makes future product creation much faster.
