How to Select an Invoice Print Design
Your point-of-sale (POS) system comes with a variety of pre-loaded invoice and receipt templates. You can easily switch between different layouts depending on your business needs. Note: The design you choose must match the core printing method your system is currently using (such as AIP Printing or QZ Industrial Printing).
Part 1: Verifying Your Printing Option
Before selecting a design, you must first confirm which printing technology your system is utilizing.
- Navigate to your main Settings and open the POS Global Settings window.
- Scroll through the settings until you locate the Invoice Printing Option field.
- Check the currently selected option (e.g., AIP Printing or QZ Industrial Printing). If you need to change your primary printing method, click the dropdown to select the correct one.

Part 2: Choosing Your Print Design
Once your primary printing method is set, you can select an invoice layout that corresponds to it.
- Directly next to the printing option, locate the Invoice Print Design dropdown menu.
- Click the dropdown menu to reveal the full pop-up list of available receipt designs.

- If your printing option is set to AIP Printing, select a design formatted for AIP.
- If your printing option is set to QZ Industrial Printing, look for templates labeled with "QZ" (for example, templates showing specific paper sizes, VAT inclusion, or barcode layouts).
- After making your selection, click the Save Settings button located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- The settings window will close, and a brief loading screen will appear on your main dashboard as your new invoice design is applied.
Best Practice
Because the list contains many designs tailored for specific hardware (like 58mm vs. 80mm paper widths), make sure you select the template that perfectly matches your physical printer. We recommend printing a test receipt immediately after updating this setting.
