How to Schedule a Laundry Pickup via WhatsApp

Learn how to quickly and easily schedule a laundry pickup request directly through our WhatsApp automated service. Follow these simple steps to select your preferred date, time, and location without needing to call an agent.


Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Start the Conversation

Open WhatsApp and navigate to our official business chat. Type "Hi" in the message field and send it to initiate the automated assistant.

Step 2: Select 'Pickup Request'

The assistant will welcome you to the laundry service and present a menu of options. Tap the Pickup request button from the list provided.

Step 3: Choose Your Pickup Date

The system will prompt you to schedule your pickup date. Select your preferred day by tapping one of the quick-reply buttons, such as Today or Tomorrow. You can also select Choose Another Date if you wish to schedule further in advance.

Step 4: Select a Time Slot

You will receive a numbered list of available pickup time slots (for example, "1" for 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM, "5" for 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM). Review the list, type the number corresponding to your preferred time slot into the chat, and hit send.

Step 5: Share Your Location

The assistant will kindly ask you to share your location. Follow these steps to attach it:

  • Tap the + (Plus) or attachment icon next to the chat text box.
  • Select the Location icon from the menu.
  • Wait a moment for your phone's GPS to pinpoint you, then tap Send your current location.

Step 6: Provide Complete Address Details

After receiving your map pin, the system will request your manual address details for accuracy. Type out your complete address in a single message. Be sure to include:

  • Your Villa or Flat Number
  • Building or Area Name (e.g., MBZ Zone 34)
  • Any additional directions if your location is hard to find

Once typed, send the message.

Step 7: Receive Order Confirmation

Once you submit your details, the assistant will automatically generate your order. You will receive an Order Created confirmation card. This message will include:

  • A success confirmation (✅)
  • Your unique Order Number (e.g., #5624)
  • Confirmation that the driver will contact you during your selected time slot

You can now close the chat or select options to talk to a support agent if needed.

💡 Quick Tips for a Smooth Pickup

  • Ensure your phone's Location/GPS services are turned on before starting the chat so your shared location is accurate.
  • Keep your phone nearby during your chosen time slot, as our driver will call you when they arrive.
