How to Enable Automatic WhatsApp Notifications for Invoices
Providing a final digital invoice after a payment is collected is a great way to maintain clear communication with your customers. By enabling the Always send WhatsApp for Invoice feature, your point-of-sale (POS) system will automatically prompt you to share a digital invoice link to the customer's WhatsApp as soon as an order is updated with a payment.
Part 1: Enabling the WhatsApp Invoice Feature
First, you need to turn on the global setting that triggers the WhatsApp prompt specifically for completed invoices.
- Navigate to your main Settings menu and open the POS Global Settings window.
- Scroll through the settings list until you locate the option labeled Always send WhatsApp for Invoice.

Part 2: Sending the Invoice After Payment Update

- Locate and open the specific Job Order you wish to finalize and invoice.
- In the payment and tender screen, click into the Amount text box and enter the payment amount being received from the customer (e.g., "6.00").
